A control plane for the method, running on your own machine.
The OverkillOS app reads the .overkill files in your projects and shows them as one dashboard: every project's live state, a memory browser, the diagnostic protocol as a runnable check, template sync status, and the verification gates. It runs locally because it reads and writes your files.
EXISTS TODAY
A Next.js app with 21 screens: projects, per-repo views, memory, diagnostics, sync, gates. It is used locally on our own machines.
NOT YET
No hosted version, no accounts, no installer, no public demo. Two of its actions run scripts on the machine it runs on, which is why it is not on the internet.

Its screens show our real projects, so we will publish screenshots once there is a demo mode with sample data.
