Is OverkillOS software?
The method is not: it is a set of markdown files your agent reads (identity, memory tiers, protocols, PRD templates, verification gates). The app is software, and it runs locally.
Which agents does it work with?
It is written Cursor-first, with host playbooks for Antigravity and OpenClaw. Because it is plain markdown, other agents that read project files can follow it; we have not published results for them.
Does it send my code anywhere?
The method does nothing by itself; it tells your agent how to work. The app reads files on your machine and does not upload them. Its optional chat uses your own model key, kept in your browser.
What does it cost?
